Cauliflower fresh, nutrient-rich, crude fiber content less, beneficial to people. Many of us like it, in daily life ckd patients can eat cauliflower? Come with me to find the answer.
CKD, or chronic disease, is a progressive loss of renal function for several months or years. At an early stage, there are no obvious symptoms and complications that can alert the patient to kidney disease. In other words, when the patient feels uncomfortable, to see a doctor or some tests on their kidneys, their condition is not optimistic. Worse still, with the development of time and disease, kidney damage will cause other serious symptoms and complications, and may even worsen the patient's disease.
Creatinine is an important indicator that can clinically more accurately reflect renal parenchymal damage. But this is not a sensitive indicator. When the patient's GFR (glomerular filtration rate) decreased to normal 1/3, the creatinine level was significantly increased. In other words, once the patient is diagnosed with a higher level of creatinine, the disease is not good. Creatinine 2.63 indicates that the patient's kidney disease deteriorates to stage 3 CKD. At this stage, there may be some obvious symptoms that may render the patient uncomfortable. But many patients completely ignore the physical condition, leading to deterioration of kidney damage.
Cauliflower In addition to the rich vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, β-carotene, rich benzopyrrole and thiocyanate are also found in cauliflower. These substances are conducive to the elimination of the body of waste and toxins, thereby reducing the burden on the kidneys. The best way to consume cauliflower is to boil with peppers and salt. Do not eat too much salt will hurt your kidneys.
