High creatinine patients, you can safely drink coconut water

In the summer, high creatinine water, you can safely drink coconut water, high concentrations of water is a good drink, so even with high creatinine levels for testing, there are still many people still drink. Is it safe?

High creatinine levels are caused by increased creatinine production or decreased creatinine excretion, which is usually associated with renal conditions. To determine whether patients with high creatinine levels can safely consume a food, it depends on the nutritional structure of the food and the condition of the patient.

A coconut contains about two glasses of water, two tablespoons of sugar, protein, fat, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and so on. Some of these nutrients are good for patients with higher creatinine levels, while others are detrimental to them.

Patients with high troponin levels can drink coconut water for some reason.

Vitamin C in coconut water is an antioxidant that can help protect the remaining renal function and inhibit the inflammatory response in the body. According to a study in Turkey, vitamin C-rich foods help to a certain extent reduce the high creatinine levels. From this point of view, coconut water is good to help eliminate the body of additional creatinine.

In addition coconut water is reported to increase urine volume, thus giving the body more fluid and waste chemicals.

Although coconut water can do something to reduce the high creatinine level, but does not mean that all patients can drink coconut water. For example, patients with high potassium potassium should avoid drinking too much water because the potassium content of coconut water is high.
