Chronic kidney disease and the best fruit for diabetic patients


Fruits are rich in important vitamins, minerals and fibers, and choosing the wrong type of fruit may be helpful for the health of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and diabetes because some fruits contain high levels of carbohydrates, potassium and sugar. Therefore, in order to stay healthy, you need to calculate RIGHT fruit as part of the meal plan, rather than at any time to seize any items or completely avoided. Low-carbohydrate Kiwi is not recommended for low-potassium diets, but for those who do not have this limit, they are excellent sources of potassium, fiber and vitamin C.
